The Triangle, North Carolina area offers choices in public and private schools for your child's education. Approximately 90 percent of students in North Carolina attend public schools while the rest are enrolled in non-public education. Most of the Triangle school systems are some of the best in the south. The Chapel Hill/Carrboro city and the Wake County School System, for example, are considered among the best in the region, with over 50 percent of the graduating students pursuing a university degree.
