Investing for the Future Boot Camp
This camp is specifically designed to introduce you to the world of Raleigh real estate investing.
This camp will focus on learning how to evaluate a property's potential income producing value, mortgage lending options when you don't live in your purchased real estate, and government programs that help the community and you to invest in real estate. Learn the pros and cons of being a "landlord."
Learn what different ways are available to purchase a home when your intention is not to move into the property, and learn about seller financing, investor money, and government programs. We will discuss the types of properties and investment plans you need to consider when thinking of investing in real estate and learn how to "crunch" the numbers prior to going under contract. You'll know what to do with the property once you have bought your investment property. Remember, the bank doesn't wait for your property to start producing income before they expect a payment. Find out how government programs can help you get lower interest loans, grants for rehab, and forgivable loans in exchange for helping government improve real estate in problem areas. Learn how to research the next locations for targeted renewal.
